HISTORY
SAMA is a non profit organization that was founded in 1982 and incorporated in the State of Connecticut in 1997 by a group of Hispanic Merchants to provide small business owners with the opportunity to have a career rewarding and financially independence.
Today SAMA has offices, offering his services throughout Connecticut. SAMA with more that 300 members provided technical assistance, educational programs and loan programs for their members.
At SAMA, we believe that each person should choose their own level of independence, have the opportunity to be self employer, manage the own schedule and have the freedom to be their own success, always showing integrity, offer high quality in the service provided, and high value products, share and communicate with other business owners about all benefits and business opportunity that SAMA can provided to all individual interesting in their own success.
We believe in our mission today and more that twenty years ago when SAMA was founded.
MISSION STATEMENT
SAMA is a non-profit organization in corporate in the State of Connecticut to serve as a vehicle for the economic growth of businesses. SAMA was created to assist business people, in particular Latino, to acquire a better understanding of economic principles. Technical Assistance is provided to promote business expansion, job creation and new entrepreneurship.
SAMA EMPRESARIO LATINO DEVELOPMENT CENTER
The Center is dedicated to fulfilling the education mission of Spanish American Merchants Association focusing on six key strategies of management, financial, human resources, technology, health, and safety issues. ELDC is the small business’s premier provider of educational resources, material, and training in English/Spanish for small business owners in the state of Connecticut.
